This is Laure… the woman of the house here at Blancardy. She cooks for ten like I heat up a quesadilla in the mic? She’s incredible. Friday I followed her to the outdoor market:
did you know that this many types of Basil existed? (I didn’t) … and P.S. she bought them all… 
It is truly a privilege to be able to sit at this woman’s dinner table and eat the food that she daily prepares…
