Happy Birthday Mom! For her birthday, Dad and I decided to plan a day of a little golf and a nice dinner…

After playing a gorgeous 18 at Eaglewood we went to pick up this critter:

and headed up the canyon to have a little beer and cheese by the stream before dinner.

We ate a wonderful dinner at the Copper Onion in Salt Lake… super good food and service- we had an awesome day. Love you Mom.
